We started in May year 2000 with Templum-promotion in Strumica and with the first panel discussion at which about 100 people took place.
During the summer period (from June to September) we visited several cities in Macedonia (Prilep, Bitola, Gevgelija, Negotino, Strumica, Ohrid, Kochani Kumanovo), with an aim to come to agreement with various activities connected with our project.

At the same time we were preparing the big exhibition: Comic in the Lit - The Macedonian Comic in Movement 2000 - 2001. That exhibition, beside the regular publishing of Margina, became one of the main orientations of the project. Actually, this exhibition has become a "symbol" for the idea of "alternative" ways of marking the problems in the society.
The exhibition had it's opening in Strumica and then it was shown in Gevgelija. About 20 authors were presented, and most of them were present on the opening in Strumica. The exhibition was marked by Skopje's media. The director of the House of Culture in Strumica, as a result of following the groups and individuals of visitors during the week, emphasised that it had been one of the most visited exhibitions in the last 10 years. The exhibition in Gevgelija had a good reception, although not so numerous.

At the beginning of 2001 the exhibition was exhibit in Prilep and in Bitola. In Prilep over 200 people came at the opening night and in Bitola we had almost the same number. In both cities around 10 authors were present.
In Prilep before the exhibition was opened, we organized a panel discussion on the subject: Between the neglecting and attention, which was recorded by the local television. Around 100 people were present and they actively participated in a discussion marking the problems concerning the relation local - central. We also had a promotion of a new issue of Margina where 11 authors from Prilep had been presented. The local media showed a great interest.

The exhibition had its climax in Skopje, on 4th of April 2001, with its opening in the Museum of Contemporary Art. The whole print run of the second wider edition of the catalogue (1000 copies) was shared, so we suppose that there were over 500 people. The exhibition was attended by a great number of people after its opening (which is not typical for our environment). The media also dedicated a great attention to the event. For example, A1 Television gave a report in the main news at seven o' clock. The exhibition will be opened until 8th of May.

In the period from 30th March until 1st of April we organized a symposium on the subject "Cultural Identity - Difference Within Itself". The symposium took place in the Cultural Location Mesto. We had 9 participants (four from abroad and 5 from Macedonia). As a kind of introduction to the theoretical part of the event, the alternative art group Skart from Belgrade, had the presentation of theirs work with title "Your Shit - Your Responsibility" on 30th of Mart. Both the presentation and the Symposium were visited by 100 - 150 people.
The symposium happened on 31st March, and it lasted around 5 hours. It is an exception for our culture because people are not used to such open discussions. The audience participated very actively in the discussion, which was very important. Most of the visitors commented that the discussion with such openness and intensity hadn't been happened for years. The discussion was oriented towards ethnical problems. We were surprised that there were lot of Albanians in the audience (which is not case with most of the panel discussions) and we have to emphasise that the discussion, beside the tension at some moments, was quite democratic.

In May we published the double issue (51/52, around 400 pages) of Margina.

We also published the catalogue and poster for the exhibition "The Macedonian Strip in Movement" in Zagreb.

On 8th of June we organized a panel discussion in Negotino on the subject "Center in the Out". According to the needs of certain communities we try to offer themes that are important for the profile of the people who are concerned. That is why we chose this subject for Negotino. Five participants from Skopje (Nikola Gelevski, Sasho Bogdanovski, Pero Georgiev, Iskra Geshoska, Sladjan Penev) and two from Negotino (Boris Kamchev, Miki) led the discussion and over 40 people were included as active participants.

On 23rd June we had maybe the most provocative event outside Skopje. After the aggressive and destructive happenings in Bitola as a reaction of the "war" Bitola became the most controversial part of the country considering the ethnical intolerance. However, after few refusals of the local organizer we succeeded in making an arrangement for a panel discussion and for the promotion of Margina. The subject of the panel was Modernity and Barbarity.

In September we published the third issue of Margina #53 in which the creative potential of Gevgelija and the CD of TB Tracheri were promoted.

In October we organized a panel discussion on the subject: Community and Responsibility, in Gevgelija. Participants were Nikola Madzirov (Strumica), Robert Aladjozovski (Valandovo), Zarko Trajanoski (Skopje), Boris Kamchev (Negotino), Nikola Gelevski (Skopje).
